Katrina Blackmon is a native of Palm Beach County, with over twenty-five years' experience working in local, regional, and national advertising media. Katrina has a superb record in developing relationships, managing administrative and operational processes and procedures within an active, fast-paced, deadline driven organization, as well as understanding the needs of local business owners and organizations, while guiding them in effective marketing and communications campaigns. Katrina founded Unity3 Palm Beach to continue her passion of working with sole proprietor owners, small to medium-sized businesses, and nonprofits as we create the narrative to their individual stories and reach their unique target audience/customers. Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management/ 
Concentration - Organizational Behavior from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
