DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Book Launch event with Rosa White\, author of "The Bird that was Afraid to Fly"\, on Monday\, January 30 from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm at Blessed Boulevard Business Marketplace\, 2620 North Australian Avenue\, West Palm Beach. \n\n\n\nRosa will be personally signing all books that are purchased at the event. Or bring your pre-purchased copy for signing.\n\n\n\nLight snacks will be served!\n\n\n\nAbout Rosa White\n\nRosa's past challenges of conquering many FEARS through perseverance and her strong FAITH in GOD\, led to the creation of this book. In hopes that someone else would be inspired to face their fears.\n\n\n\nRosa is the CEO and owner of Total Body Fitness with Rosa LLC. She is a Certified Fitness Group instructor and teaches fitness classes full-time.\n\n\n\nShe has an extensive background as a Business Analyst and Project Manager and has worked at the National Council on Compensation Insurance\, Hewlett-Packard and Cox Media Business. She attended Middle Georgia University and Albany State College.\n\n\n\nRosa is passionate about serving others and working in her surrounding communities. She is a Board of Directors Member and past third Vice President of Membership of the South Palm Beach County Chapter of National Coalition of 100 Black Women. As well as a current Board member for the non-profit\, Rhonda's Promise Inc.\n\n\n\nRosa volunteers for Healthier Boynton Beach on the Advocacy\n\n(serving as Chair)\, and Steering subcommittees. She is also very active at her church (Lake Ida Church of Christ)\, serving as the Point of Contact for the New Convert Committee and a member of the Prayer team.\n\n\n\nRosa has one son\, Prince Brandon Wilcox and one granddaughter Krissiani Wilcox.\n\nRosa's motto is "Do it\, even if you have to do it afraid".
