Shakara Mentor:
Shakara is originally from the beautiful Island of Jamaica. She immigrated to the United States with her family when she was 10 years old where she lived in New York City until she moved to Florida in 2001. She is married and has three children and three grandchildren. She started her banking career over 20 years ago. During that time Shakara has focused on making a difference in the lives of clients she interacts with. One of her favorite quotes is from Maya Angelo “when you learn you teach.”
Gillian Knowles:
Gillian is a Board Member of the Women In Business Council of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce.
She’s a Branch Manager of a Private Client Team at Chase. Gillian has over 17 years of experience in leadership, Consumer and Small Business lending and financial services. Gillian has served our community through many local organizations and non-profits. She continues to utilize her skills in finance, technology, brand elevation and leadership to support the growth, development, advisement & education in our community. She is a mother to Gabrielle and French Bulldog Bleu.
Bobby Saint-Preux, Business Relationship Manager
Bobby grew up in the downtown West Palm Beach area. He graduated college in 2003 with a Marketing Degree with a minor in Business. He played professional basketball overseas for 8 years. Bobby transitioned got into banking after his basketball career in 2012. This is his 10th year in banking and 8 years in the Business Banking Division. Previously, he worked for Wells Fargo for 2 years, Bank of America for 4 ½ and now Chase for 3 ½ .
Debbie Rahamim, VP Community Manager JPMogan Chase
Debbie is the Community Manager in West Palm Beach. She is a local ambassador for Chase whose job is to build and nurture relationships with key community leaders, non-profit partners and small businesses. Debbie hosts financial health workshops. She is helping advance racial equity by equipping Black, Latino, and Hispanic communities with tools and resources to help them improve their financial well-being. She has over 20 years of experience working in various non-profit, financial, and community roles. Debbie holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA in International Business. She is an avid traveler and has visited 45 countries.
