Description
The Advocacy and Social Action Committee focuses on a wide range of issues that are important to our members including, but not limited to:
- Advocating for or against Local, State, and Federal Legislation and Policies impacting Black-owned businesses and their employees
- Holding elected officials, other high-ranking officials, and their organizations accountable for ensuring economic equity within their realm of influence
- Supporting and recognizing the work of individuals and organizations as it relates to issues impacting Black-owned businesses
