A professional engineer and attorney, Ms. Ayala-Collazo manages the services required to keep all county departments operational and oversees capital improvement projects for Palm Beach County.​

Laura M. Beebe, Director of the Palm Beach County Department of Airports:
Ms. Beebe has over 25 years of experience in aviation management and law, managing Palm Beach County?s airport system, which includes the highly-rated Palm Beach International Airport.

Gary M. Sypek, Senior Deputy Director of the Palm Beach County Department of Airports:
With 29 years in aviation, Mr. Sypek oversees Operations, Maintenance, Planning and Development, and other crucial divisions, playing a key role in strategic planning for the county's aviation facilities. 3

Holly B. Knight, Manager, Contracts Sections, Palm Beach County Engineering and Public Works Department:
Ms. Knight is involved in managing multimillion-dollar bids, contracts, and grants, focusing on significant public sector construction projects within the county.

Michael Stahl - Deputy Director, Department of Environmental Resources Management (ERM).  Mr. Stahl has a BS in Natural Resources Management and MS in Oceanography. He currently administers programs that: regulate petroleum tanks and native vegetation, protects drinking water wellfields and water quality, and restores and enhances estuarine and coastal habitats.  Mr. Stahl joined ERM in 2003 gaining extensive experience in State and Federal coordination while managing the County?s coastal resources and shoreline protection projects. 


Tonya Davis Johnson, Director of the Palm Beach County Office of Equal Business Opportunity:
With 33 years of governmental experience, Ms. Johnson works to promote economic growth and increase productivity of small, minority, and women-owned enterprises in Palm Beach County.

Joseph Sanches, President BCCPBC and MLK 5K Committee Chair:
Mr. Sanches oversees the district?s facilities, food services, transportation, and supplier diversity programs, serving over 197,000 students. He brings a wealth of experience from leading a successful construction firm specializing in both public and private projects throughout South Florida.
