Join Dr. Rob Auguste of the All Pro Rehab & Performance to learn about injury prevention for the active adult
The topic of discussion include:
- What is physical therapy?
- Tips to prevent injuries when starting a workout routine
- Answering any questions regarding physical therapy
Dr. Rob Auguste is born and raised in Miami, FL having attended Archbishop Curley-Notre Dame High School lettering in football, basketball, and track & field. Dr. Rob went on to walk onto the football team at University of Central Florida where he completed his bachelor's degree in health science. During his time at UCF, Dr. Rob discovered physical therapy. In 2016, Dr. Rob completed his doctorate in physical therapy and has been practicing for 6 years. In April, Dr. Rob opened All Pro Rehab, a cash-based, outpatient PT office serving the Boynton Beach community.
