Join us for Ask An Expert Lunch & Learn: Improving Efficiency through Effective Project Management Training & Coaching featuring Guest Speaker William (Bill) Kennedy, Owner of Kennedy Information Systems Specialists, LLC.
Attendees will learn:

A passionate Speaker, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), and Sr. Project/Program Manager (PMO), Senior Business Analyst, with exceptional verbal communication skills and strong training/instructing skills. Extensive working and consulting experience in Information Technology and global banking financial services experience, such as a Vice-President at Bank of America, managing Corporate Business Continuity for various Lines of Businesses (LOBs), across the Unites States. Facilitated PMP/CAPM Boot Camps using PMI’s Authorized ATP Training materials, as a PMI ATP PMP Instructor, and is Badged by the global Project Management Institute or PMI.
Bill is the proud owner of a City of West Palm Beach SBE and MWBE business “Kennedy Project Management” and is an effective key project management instructor/trainer at PMOranje.
Bill has upgraded or created over 5,000 Practice Test/Quiz questions/answers/references for several Project Management global training companies
A Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) which is the highest communication and leadership level award achieved in Toastmasters International (www.toastmasters.org), which has over 280,000 members in 14,700 clubs, and in 144 countries. Bill held District Leadership roles in the New York/Westchester area of Toastmasters, which consisted of over 12,500 members, and personally trained over 1,500 district leaders to improve their communication and leadership skills. Bill also functioned as a Conference Chair, and managed from inception a 15-hour day long leadership conference in New York, which broke all previous attendance records and achieved nearly 500 attendees.
Bill was a recent adjunct instructor and course developer (syllabus and curriculum) at Palm Beach State College, for a 12-week course on Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
Further, Bill is currently improving efficiency by delivering effective project management training and consulting at the City of West Palm and has trained a number of the City’s project engineers as well as designed, developed and implemented using Smartsheet for project management tracking and public viewing:
- $300 million of Capital Improvements Projects (CIP) portfolio,
- $59 million of Sales Tax Projects and quarterly cash flow reporting for committee meeting,
- $30 million 2020 Bond Parks Funded Projects and platform for project status meetings.
